Attorneys Schulz Wiesinger O’Dwyer commenced practising in partnership on 1 August 2007. Prior to forming the partnership of Schulz Wiesinger O’Dwyer, Hebert Helmut Schulz practising on his own as HH Schulz & Company in Wartburg on 1 March 1981.
Louis Helmut Wiesinger became a partner of HH Schulz & Company in January 1998 and the firm’s name was changed to Schulz Wiesinger Attorneys. At the same time the office in the coastal town of Ballito was opened. Louis became the resident partner in the firm's Wartburg office.
In 2007 Veronica Anne O’Dwyer joined Herbert and Louis as a partner, establishing the partnership of Schulz Wiesinger O’Dwyer with offices in Ballito and in Wartburg.
